Matthew 11:28-30 (MSG) – “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
All kinds of stress – physical, mental, financial stress can lead to depression. Stress of debt, family issues, relationship pressures, body illnesses and so on. But no matter the extent of the hopeless situation, God’s help is always available for those who find their way to Him. God’s love is more overwhelming than the stress can persevere. God gives us ease when we spend time in the secret place to pray for in the spirit. Praying in the spirit involves worshipping and relying heavily on the Holy Spirit to guide your mind as you pray utterances that are inspired by His spirit birthed through your mind. When you come to the end of yourself and run to God and be rest assured that your all needs will be supplied in abundance.
Father please help me to lay down all my worries at your feet and exchange it for your pleasantness in Jesus name.
