God’s Love Will Be Your Light Bearer (19th December 2020)
Philippians 2:13-15 (HCSB) – For it is God who is working in you, enabling you both to desire and to work out His good purpose. Do everything without grumbling and arguing, so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God who are faultless in a crooked and perverted generation, among whom you shine like stars in the world.
God lives within His children so that they can move around with His presence of joy and peace and spread it to everyone that they meet. He has purposed that we behave like children of God blameless and pure in the eyes of the watching world. And now because our human nature is offensive and prone to mistakes, we are guided by His Holy Spirit on how to control the human nature and live out the Holy Spirit divine nature. When you live through God’s Spirit, the perversion of this generation will not influence your godly nature. You will live without complaining and you will shine like stars in the world.
Prayer
Father please help me to make a positive lasting impact to my generation in Jesus name.
