God’s Love Will Cause Joys to Overflow (12th September 2021)
1 Peter 1:8-9 (KJV) – Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
God is so real to us because even though we do not see Him in the physical, since He entered our lives, we have experienced joy and peace in overflowing levels. This joy comes from the innermost part of our being. The life transforming power of God is introduced when we begin to express this joy that is full of His glory. This joy will give us strength to live for Him and abide in Him by being obedient to His Word. Once we can live in obedience, we will be able to gratify our God who commanded us to be glad, rejoice, and shout for joy.
Prayer
Father please strip me from every fleshly and selfish interest in Jesus name.
