God’s Love Will Ward Off Evil Offenders (18th August 2020)
Isaiah 54:17 (NLT) – But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the LORD; their vindication will come from me. I, the LORD, have spoken!
Wherever the goodness of God is manifest, the enemy will always seek for a way to destroy that testimony. He tries to tarnish our image before our benefactors, He tries to kill, steal and destroy our gifts and substances. But the Bible has assured us that we are more than conquerors through Christ our Lord. The evil schemes of the devil will pierce through their own heart. Like grass, all the evil doers shall wither away and be cut off from the face of the earth. God will judge all evil doers and our mouth will sing of His righteousness and His praise all the days of our lives.
Prayer
Father may those who gloat in my distress be ashamed and confounded; may those who exalt themselves over me be clothed in shame and reproach.
