God’s Love Will Quicken Your Strength (9th December 2021)
Romans 8:11 (KJV)- But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
As humans, our strength will in some way fail us especially if we do not give time to rest. That is why the bible admonishes us to come to God who gives His beloved rest. But even when we do our best, our bodies sometimes betray us and we are left with little strength to carry on. When we get to our wits end, then God steps in supernaturally and quickens our mortal bodies. The power of God that raised Jesus from the dead will quicken our mortal bodies. Just as God just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life and strength to whom He loves.
