God’s Love Will Correct Evil Recurrent Patterns (15th November 2021)

Isaiah 49:24-25 (BSB) – Can the plunder be snatched from the mighty, or the captives of a tyrant be delivered? Indeed, this is what the LORD says: “Even the captives of the mighty will be taken away, and the plunder of the tyrant will be retrieved; I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children.

Before you can steal a treasure from a man’s house, you must be stronger than the owner of the house and the security put in charge of keeping watch. That is why as Christians we must be very strong and always on guard. The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy and his roaring is like that of a lion, he growls and seizes the unassuming prey pulling them away from deliverance. Satan lures us away from our safe place in God by suggesting sins to us that we think we can indulge it with little or no consequences. We must know today that every act of disobedience to God has consequences attached to it.

Prayer

Father please deliver me from every sin that easily beset me in Jesus name.
