God’s Love Will Keep You Hopeful in God (28th October 2021)
Psalm 42:5 (NKJV) – Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance.
Hope does not come naturally for sinners but when you confess your sin and turn to the Lord, He inputs hope into our spirit and this hope is kept alive by you constantly preaching to yourself the Word of God. If we do not forcefully preach hope into ourselves, we will inevitably give way to a disquieted spirit. Although it is a daily struggle to keep our hope in God alive but we must fight at all cost by praying, fasting, giving alms, singing praises and fellowshipping with brethren because a broken spirit is hard to bear. Refill your reservoir of hope today.
