God’s Love Will Change Your Ashes into Beauty (8th July 2021)
Isaiah 61:3 (NLT) – To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the LORD has planted for his own glory.
When we mourn for loss or grief and our spirit is not at its best but God will manufacture a blessing that is best fitting to compensate for every situation. God will set a crown of glory on your head and anoint you with the oil of gladness. Because He is our joy-giver, He will prepare a table before us in the presence of our enemies. He will liberate us from the bondage that comes with grief. He will flood our hearts with light that will overwhelm every darkness and sorrow. He will give us food and shelter that sustains his heart and oil that makes his face to shine.
Prayer
Father please bring out the beauty of God from the inside of me as I spend time building intimacy with you in Jesus name.
