God’s Love Will Overshadow Every Hatred Directed To You (6th April 2021)
Matthew 5:44 (KJV) – But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Hate is seen as a grievous sin in the bible and an abominable character in the life of a believer. No matter what you dislike about a person or an experience, we are supposed to see the good in everything. We are supposed to have a positive outlook to life having the confidence that everything works together for our good. We must consciously and deliberately make all efforts to sow seeds of love everywhere we go which include prayers and doing good to everyone while being careful and discerning. If you truly love God, you must show Him by loving your neighbor including the unlovable ones because our God is love and He is good to all men.

Father please help me to respond to the darkness around me by being a bright shining light in Jesus name
