God’s Love Will Hasten To Perform His Word of Promise To You (18th January 2021)
Jeremiah 1:11-12 (NLT) – And the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “Jeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see an almond branch.” Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.”
There is no joy in seeing the word of a king being delayed in execution after the decree has been issued which is why God Himself watches over His word to perform it. His word is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, and between joints and marrow, and it exposes our innermost thoughts and heart desires. God keeps His Word even if men don’t keep theirs. God’s Word is true and will come to pass no matter what people do, say or believe because His way is perfect. God’s Love will work for you if you believe it because He is a shield to all those who take refuge and put their trust in Him.
Prayer
Father please help me to believe your Word as I wait patently on you in Jesus name.
