God’s Love Will Be Your Still Small Voice of Hope (9th September 2020)
1 Kings 19:12–13 (KJV) – And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in his cloak and went out and stood at the entrance of the cave. And a voice said, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
God whispers His love for us also with a small soft voice. He tells us that He is our friend. He is our run to guy for any kind of advice. When we are hurt, we can pour our heart to him. We must also pour our love and admiration to Him too. His still small voice melts our hearts and prepares it for repentance and salvation. And when we feel lonely or in a confused state of mind, God’s soft voice assures us of His divine presence that is always with us and reminds us to be still and know that He is our unfailing God.
Prayer
Father please help me be sensitive to your love whispers so that I will not miss your divine instructions in Jesus name.
